The Sicilian Pizza
Are you tired of ordering from the same old pizza chains? If you're located near Katipunan / Quezon City, then I have an alternative pizza restaurant to recommend you: The Sicilian Pizza.
I wanted to eat pizza but got tired of the usual suspects for relatively cheap delivery pizzas (Pizza Hut, Shakey's, Angel's, Domino's) so I figured I'd order from Sicilian. They used to have a branch at Petron Katipunan which was convenient for me when I was staying near the area. They've moved to a spot in Katipunan extension (the only branch) so it's harder to drop by if you're commuting.
Anyway, I love their cheese and white pizza. Those are two separate pizzas, to be exact. I didn't order their cheese pizza but I guarantee it's as cheesy as cheese pizzas go. My supreme favorite is their white pizza. It's a pizza covered in white sauce (béchamel?) and not ridiculously salty, so you can eat without feeling that you licked a whole salt block after downing a couple of slices.
We also got the pepperoni and sausage pizza which was okay. It's a typical salty pizza slice. I'm loyal to my white pizza.
Support this pizza place because they do crunch out good pizzas (and not too abundant on the dough too unlike Pizza Hut, but not too thin like Shakey's) and the service is efficient too. It was also several years ago when I had their pastas but if it was the same as before, I'd recommend those for sure.
TFD's rating - ♡♡♡ (for that white pizza I'll give it 3 and a half hearts). It's a good alternative to your run-of-the-mill delivery pizza restaurants. Also made good-tasting pasta.
