Caramia gelato
So... another spot.ph ranking that claims caramia is one of the best gelato spots in the metro.
As always, me being a skeptic of the site, I decide to taste their gelato.
It would be more accurate to say that caramia is ice cream (more air) rather than gelato (less air, dense texture). The coffee and cookies gelato I had was the most decent out of all the flavors they offered in that particular branch, but it's not spectacular.
I feel a bit bad about disparaging this decent (not amazing) store because its staff are courteous and helpful. So props to them for their service. If you're not too eager to eat densely-textured gelato and ice cream you can always go to Caramia.
