Vampire Penguin
I saw a few promotions for Vampire Penguin when it first opened a few years (?) ago. As a fan of sweet and cold food, I had to try it out.
I dropped by their Ayala Malls the 30th branch and ordered the tuxedo (chocolate ice base, sliced almonds, strawberries, marshmallows, chocolate syrup, and condensed milk) for PHP 260. The ice is as fine as snow, that's for sure. But the concept is like a differently-constructed bingsu or shaved ice with toppings. Honestly, I don't mind eating here but I wouldn't actively look for it either.
