Le Petit Soufflé
I've eaten here a couple of times in the past and they do have some delicious offerings (at shocking prices) but I don't have photos of those. I'll have to start from scratch.
As you know, Le Petit Soufflé should be famous for its soufflé... and I don't disagree that their version is the most faithful to the form of the said dessert. But somehow the airiness, lightness and lack of darker-tasting chocolate makes me go 'eh' whenever I'm here. Oh, and they added a chocolate ganache at the top of the soufflé this time around; in the past it didn't have one.
(I still prefer Bizu's imperfect 'soufflé'.)
What I like about LPS is their matcha-based drinks. Definitely doesn't have the highest concentration of matcha but the taste of matcha and milk blends harmoniously well: not too bitter, not too milky either.
